Description
MONARCH BAY GOLF CLUB: You can help protect monarchs! Become a Community Scientist, trained by monarch experts to count and record observations (4+ times in 10 weeks) at one or more overwintering sites in the East Bay.
PRE-REQUISITE: Must participate in Xerces Society’s Virtual Training prior to attending the in-person field visit.
In person Field Training will be happening on Sat, Nov 4, 8:30-10:30am at the Monarch Bay Golf Club in San Leandro. An additional Field Training will be held on Fri, Nov 10, 8:30-10:30am at an alternate East Bay Location (TBD).
Ages 18 and up. Free.
