Downhill: Develop skills for feeling safer and preserving joints – Save your knees! Expert training PLUS lovely Practice Hike on varied terrain.

This session is for conditioned HIKERS (beginner to experienced). If you are deconditioned or have mobility challenges, please select Pole Walking for Balance & Maintaining Mobility. Our practice hike is less than 5 miles, with a nice variety of terrain and possibly muddy trails (on which you will LOVE your poles).

A variety of top-quality poles are provided for your use, or you may bring and use your own. If you bring your own poles, please make sure they are in working order and do not ask the instructor to repair, touch or work with them.

CAREFULLY read the descriptions and then select the class that best suits your physical ability and inclination.

Approximately 5 days before the course, you will receive an email reminder from EB Parks which will include helpful and seasonal info from your instructor. If you do not see this email, please check your spam, or junk folder.
