Cancellation Policy | Family Campsite Reservations
THESE POLICIES APPLY TO BOTH PHONE AND ON-LINE RESERVATIONS.
What FEES do I need to pay to make camping reservations?
The camping fee per site for each night, plus an $8.00 non-refundable reservation fee per site.
Regional Park Member Discount is AVAILABLE ONLY BY PHONE at the time you make your reservations. This discount is NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE; and no refund/credit can be given later.
Call Reservation Services and request your discount when you make your reservation.
What if I need to make CHANGES to my reservation?
You MUST speak with the Reservations Department in order to change your reservation. There are NO REFUNDS for dropping nights leading into the following major holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
If you make changes (add, drop or change any dates and/or campsites) MORE THAN THREE DAYS before the start of your campout, you will be charged an $8 non-refundable change fee per site. EXAMPLE: If your reservation starts on Friday, you must call no later than Tuesday to make any changes to your reservation; you will be charged $8 per site for this change.
If you need to make any changes LESS THAN THREE DAYS IN ADVANCE, THE CANCELLATION POLICY IS IN EFFECT.
What if I need to CANCEL my reservation?
You MUST speak with the Reservations Department in order to cancel your reservation. There are NO REFUNDS for cancelling nights leading into the following major holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
If you call to cancel MORE THAN THREE DAYS before the start of your campout, you are charged an $8 cancellation fee per site, and forfeit the $8 non-refundable reservation fee per site and any change fees already accrued ($8 per change); remaining fees will be refunded.If you call ONE TO THREE DAYS before the start of your campout, you are charged an $8 cancellation fee per site, and forfeit the $8 non-refundable reservation fee per site, any change fees already accrued ($8 per change), and the first night’s camping fee per site; any remaining fees will be refunded.
If you call ON OR AFTER YOUR RESERVATION START DATE, you are charged an $8 cancellation fee per site, and you forfeit the $8 non-refundable reservation fee per site, any change fees already accrued ($8 per change), and the same day’s camping fee per site; any remaining fees for unused nights starting the next day after the above fees are deducted will be refunded.
EXAMPLE: If you have one site reserved for Friday and Saturday, and you have not made any changes to your reservation and you cancel on:
- Tuesday or before, you are charged an $8 cancellation fee, forfeit the $8 reservation fee, and receive a refund of the remaining Friday and Saturday camping fees.
- Wednesday, you are charged an $8 cancellation fee, forfeit the $8 reservation fee and the Friday camping fee, and receive a refund of the remaining Saturday camping fee.
- Thursday, there is no refund: you are charged an $8 cancellation fee, and forfeit the $8 reservation fee and the Friday and Saturday camping fees.
What about RAIN?
Please contact each park directly for current weather conditions at the park.
If it rains at the campground during your camping dates, you may call 1-888-327-2757 within seven (7) days following the end of your reservation for a refund or to reschedule. You can reschedule within the next 12 weeks, conditional on availability. You will not be charged the $8 fee for rescheduling or cancelling due to rain.
