About The Park
The park offers quiet and solitude on 444 acres just a short distance from San Ramon Valley subdivisions. Watch for animals such as deer, red-tailed hawks, and turkey vultures.

Park Activities
Hiking, kite flying, and blanket picnicking are some of the activities available on this ridge-top refuge. There are no facilities other than a trailhead and trails.
Park Accessibility
Due to steep grade, the trails are generally not suitable for wheelchair users.
To Reach The Park
Exit I-680 in San Ramon at Bollinger Canyon Road and go west to San Ramon Valley Boulevard. Turn left (south) on San Ramon Valley Boulevard and drive to Morgan Drive. Turn right (west) on Morgan Drive and go a short distance. Park on Morgan Drive and the trailhead is on the left.

Park Update
- Visit Bishop Ranch and see the changing of the seasons. The black oaks and big leaf maples are bursting with color. Climb to the ridge tops to get a great vista of the San Ramon Valley. There is no water available to the public, so please bring adequate amount for you and your animals.
- Trail Update
- All trails are in good condition. All bikes and horses must remain off trails when they are wet from the winter storms. If you notice any trail issues, please call 510-544-3275.
- Grazing Update
- There are cattle currently at Bishop Ranch. Please close all gates to keep the cattle where they belong. To report any issues please call 510-544-3275.
